I'm a designer and can create your website how you want it. I still believe a personal home page should have a visitor counter, at least one animated globe, questionable spelling and a visible Webmaster.
My actual home page is rauluriartejr.com. It is written in real HTML 3.2 style with a marquee, a Flash fallback, a construction bar and absolutely no shame.
